Zhuhai Longtu Mask Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2022, registered in Tangjiawan Town, Zhuhai, with a registered capital of 300 million RMB.

The planned factory area of Zhuhai Longtu is about 20,000 square meters. Two projects, namely high-end semiconductor mask manufacturing base and R&D center, will be built. We plan to produce masks for 65-130nm process nodes to meet the needs of chip design companies and fabs. The Chinese government is in full support of the semiconductor industry, indicating a large number of mask inquiries in the near future.
