Similar to the DRC used by chip design companies, MRC can detect anomalies in small areas and prevent anomalies from occurring during the tape-out process. In addition, we also provide Format Transferring, Floor Plan, Bias, Mirror, Scaling, Reticle Alignment Mark, Barcode, and other data processing services.

We provide Pellicle Remount Services. We remove the scratched, damaged, torn, and stained optical film, and then remount optical film after cleaning and testing.
